As an employee of Strategic Kids you become eligible for the provided group healthcare benefit;

1. After you work 60 calendar days as a W2 employee of Strategic Kids, and

2. You work an average of 30 or more hours per week (calculated over a 3 month rolling average)

If your position is scheduled for 30 hours or more and you work that schedule beginning on the start date you become eligible at 60 days of employees on the next

payroll period and will be invited to enroll automatically.

If your position is scheduled for less than 30 hours per week, please monitor your hours on a 3 month rolling basis to determine your eligibility. Soon as your rolling

3 months averages 30 hours or more per week please email bhepburn@strategickids.com to confirm your eligibility for the benefit. At the point began averaging

over 30 hours or more per week, starts the 60 day period of eligibility and you can apply to be covered after the 60 day waiting period.
