Grade Levels: Transitional Kindergarten (TK)-6th grade
Required Days: 5
Must Be Available: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, & Fridays (2:00pm - 6:00pm) & Wednesdays (1:00pm - 6:00pm)
Hours Per Day: 4 - 5

Staff Expectations & Requirements
Staff must be confident and capable of independently leading a classroom of 10–20 students during after-school program hours.
Prior experience working in a classroom setting is required.
C.A.R.E. Club maintains high expectations for professionalism, leadership, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment.
Lead enrichment activities such as games, arts and crafts, fitness activities, and STEM projects.
Supervise students during all program hours to ensure safety and appropriate behavior.
Provide academic support and encourage positive social development.
Optional Dual Role Opportunity
Staff may also work during the school day as an Instructional Assistant or Campus Supervisor at an NMUSD school before leading C.A.R.E. Club in the afternoon.
