Scheduling is flexible and varies by site and role. Many roles take place before school, after school, or during. We work with staff to find placements that align with their availability whenever possible.
Yes. All staff receive training and onboarding support before working with students. We provide guidance, resources, and ongoing support to help you feel confident and prepared.
