Make a difference in the lives of students!

We’re hiring part-time Teacher Aide to support K–12 students with disabilities in public and charter schools across South Orange County. You’ll help students build academic, social, and emotional skills in a supportive classroom setting.

What You’ll Do

• Support students with special needs in the classroom, one-on-one or in small groups

• Assist teachers with lessons, activities, and classroom management

• Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working or volunteering with children (school, camp, or youth programs a plus)

• Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (within ~15 miles of Mission Viejo or San Clemente)

• Ability to pass fingerprinting/background check (we cover the cost)

• Bilingual skills a plus

Schedule

3–5 weekdays (Mon–Fri), 5–6 hours/day between 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
