As a Youth Leader member, you’ll support student learning and growth in after-school programs. You’ll help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment where students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

What You’ll Do

• Support lesson plans, educational activities, and homework assistance.

• Foster positive behavior, inclusion, and engagement in the classroom.

• Lead and participate in recreational or enrichment activities.

• Collaborate with staff to ensure student success and well-being.

• Provide support to students with special education needs.

• Be flexible in traveling between multiple school sites as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 months of experience working with children in a professional or educational setting (students pursuing education or child development degrees encouraged to apply).

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.

• Flexible, dependable, and committed to supporting student growth.

• Demonstrated passion for education and child development.

Schedule

3-5 days per week (Monday-Friday), 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.50 per hour
